1. General Cancellation Policy
• All table bookings require payment of the applicable table package amount at the time of reservation.
• 25% of the total table package is non-refundable upon cancellation. This amount is charged as an administration fee and applies regardless of when the cancellation is made.
2. Late Cancellation Policy (Within 24 Hours of the Event)
• Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the event are 100% non-refundable.
• No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for cancellations within this period.
3. No-Show Policy
• Guests who do not arrive for their reservation without prior cancellation will be considered a no-show.
• No-shows are subject to a 100% forfeiture of the total table package amount.
4. Reservation Modifications
• Requests to modify the date, time, or party size of a reservation are subject to availability.
• Modification requests made within 24 hours of the event may be treated as cancellations and follow the policies above.
5. Special Events & Holiday Bookings
• For high-demand dates, themed nights, and special events, stricter terms may apply.
• Any additional conditions will be communicated at the time of booking.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
• Deuce Lounge reserves the right to review refund requests in cases of unexpected emergencies.
• Approval of exceptions is at the sole discretion of management.
